Iconic Inverse by Aurora Scents is an Oriental fragrance for women and men, launched in 2022 and created by perfumer Dominique Moellhausen.

Fresh, mineral, earthy, and smoky, Iconic Inverse is built around an unusual contrast: the cool openness of the sea against the warmth and darkness of patchouli, incense, and amber. It begins airy and aquatic before gradually becoming deeper, warmer, and more mysterious on the skin.

The opening is dominated by sea notes, creating a cool rush of salty, oceanic freshness. Rather than a sweet aquatic opening, the marine character gives the fragrance an airy, mineral quality that immediately separates it from the darker notes waiting underneath.
